An Introduction

            Hello ladies and gentlemen! You have chanced upon my blog. This is not just any blog, though. No! This is a self-aware blog, one that understands its own insignificance. This is a sad blog. It would probably jump off a building or stick its head in an oven if it didn't know that even acts such as those would be insignificant in the grand scheme of the cosmos and the internet.
         
            The world is a terrible and distressing place, my unlearned compatriots, and the internet is life's final basin, collecting only the worst drippings in which we may bathe ourselves. And yet, here we are. It would be funny if it weren't so painfully accurate, wouldn't you agree? Don't answer that aloud, you fool. No one can hear you right now but the cosmos. And they don't care.

            This blog will endeavor to teach you about the sad and depressing truths that life has in store. By the end of your time here, you may find yourself drinking from the far side of the glass. Who knows? Join me every week for a new take on what is sure to be the high point of your day.
